Submit Support Ticket

Support, Returns, & Repairs
To open a new support ticket click the Tickets icon above and then the Start Ticket button.
 
Complete the support ticket form and click the Submit Ticket button.

Please make sure to include the following information in your ticket:
  1. Product Name
  2. Product Serial Number
  3. Problem description
If warranty repair is requested after support please have proof of purchase available to validate the warranty.

Hello, my hard drive has crashed. I need system image to install it on the new hard drive.
