If your unit appears to be "dead" or non-functional there are two options.

You may look at the policy of your place of purchase, if its within their policy you may be able to receive a replacement or a refund. 

The second option is to contact our support team to request an RMA.  After troubleshooting you will be given an RMA # and the address to ship the unit to.  Shipping cost and materials into the repair center is the responsibility of the end user while repair and return shipping will be free of charge as long as the conditions are met;

  1. The unit is still under manufacturers warranty
  2. There is no damage to the unit that would result in voiding the manufacturer warranty

When requesting support and an RMA please have the necessary information available;

  1. Product Name
  2. Product Serial Number
  3. Proof of Purchase, to validate the warranty
